This could be true. That happened to BVS. Investors lost all hope after a few downgrades and it had been trading at multi year lows. One positive news yesterday and it was up double digits.
Similar to APX, BVS was affected negatively by COVID but it too has a strong cash position and generates decent profit and gives dividends.
