Sorry to repeat a question - but does anyone understand the level of evidence required for a Judge to grant/deny discovery?
This is an important question to test the validity of some of the conspiracy theories being thrown about in the forums. If the Justice is simply permitting a fishing expedition the value is a lot less than if a certain evidentiary hurdle is required to allow discovery. Just interested to know.
