The instos would be quite happy as they will be allocated shares from the 1.35 billion conditional placement, its us poor retail investors who will be done over big time if this motion is passed at the EGM.
Does the motion have to be by passed 50% of sharehoders or 75% as this is a EGM resolution. Any one on HC know the answer.
