Random analysis (note, I know nothing about the food industry):
YFZ has two active NDD markets (Brisbane and Melbourne) with Sydney coming online according to the prospectus. It generates almost half the revenue of MMM yet MMM is operating
globally. Theoretically YFZ could grow to 10X the size of MMM.
YFZ HoH growth is inline with MBH which suggests growing within with food industry trend within its same-store space.
Its highly scalable so should be between 2X and 6X revenue as a MC. Thats $300M to $900M vs. the current MC of $90M.
Someone tell me where the holes are in this argument plz.
