Ive said as much regarding the dilution effect , 120 mil shares out of 3 billion is nothing. I'm saying for a $160,000,000 company that seems to be in the box seat as far as IO prices and IO grades, folded to accept a $7mil CR , I believe is cheap considering where the IO market is and its possible future potential. The multi billion reference was an exaggerated throw away line to express the former. I got no issues with investing.
