I think you mean "If you're NOT holding DYL for more than a year" HamburgerK, in relation to the 50% discount on CGT.
Still, one would have to factor in the net return on the DYL shares sold, and then calculate how many shares you can purchase, via the rights you've bought, run some numbers, then ascertain if the 5.5 cent discount per share would be worth the trouble.
Sometimes its better just to sit tight.....
