Francis was a Director of company called Otsana capital (exactly same field as Kaai capital)
Kaai Cpaital raised the 18m from the 3 mysterious institutional investors that have disappeared.
Kaai Capital and Otsana capital registered to the same address.
This is all FACTUAL unlike rampers ridiculous claims that cannot be backed with any evidence - you could not make this stuff up!
