You’re not a newbie that’s for sure.
My advice to newbies would be to find TG’s comments and take note of them. That’s number one and really all you need to know!!! A top notch and authentic chairman or CEO who’s speaking on behalf of his/her company, with skin in the game is the easiest way to assess a project.
Number two relating to here would be to read Scarpa’s and anatol’s posts to get an education.
Don’t fall for brokers reports, journo’s or other experts.
It’s not that difficult.
