all low volume stuff, it was low volume coming down and low volume going up. 300k is hardly enough volume to represent a tangible movement in fundamentals.
In saying that, green is good! and certainly this volume is double the average so its an unusual if not new actor coming into the registry.
One would assume news related but making assumption on Tanzanian government will make you broke everyday of the year
