Amongst a number of reasons: the cytokine results from their NOXCOVID look pretty modest at best from what’s reported. mostly no change.
The STING theory hasn’t been adequately proved from what they’ve reported.
cytokines in non Covid sepsis/ARDS are much higher than in Covid. If Nox drug effect is so modest in affecting cytokines in Covid, I’m unconvinced it’ll do much in septic shock caused by other things.
if data later shows I’m wrong, fine.
