6 of 7 directors (exec and non exec) have taken up shares in the rights issue. All but Frank Reid took their full entitlement. Frank Reid bought 3.2 million shares which was about 20% of what he was entitled to get - he holds 25 million now which should have him comfortably inside the top 10 shareholders.
John Lemon, company secretary, is the only director who didn't participate.
