I was talking to Chris Reed a few months ago and he was very upbeat about the prospects of the Vanadium mine. Obviously to fund the mine infrastructure there would have to be a major cap raising but he thought it would not be a problem once the GFC was behind us. No one will look at it until then. So, it will be a long trek but RDR is no worse than many other small miners. It is just where you want to place your faith. FMS was once this small too. It got the timing right. OXR didn't.
