So in January, they said they went to Philippines last December to finalize FTAA terms with DENR and shall passed onto the President for approval in near terms.
In February, they said FTAA terms have been finalized for DENR Final review.
In April, they said pending DENR Secretary signature/recommendation before passing onto President for approval.
Now in May, the renewal has been signed by DENR, just waiting for the President's signature. (TSX Up 19% on this update? )
