Remember the escrow period in the IPO, they need to hold the ship together until after the release of the FY21 numbers before they can offload any more shares.
Quadrant Growth Fund (the main Pre-IPO backer) still owns 32% of this company. Out of curiosity has anyone found out how much Quadrant Growth Fund paid to buy into the company in 2019 as the backer of the company in preparation for its IPO listing?
