No management/Lead IPO Managers, and investigating accountants (who audit the proforma forecasts for 'reasonableness') all hedged their bets by only providing 6 months of proforma forecasts, such a short period which because of the shortness of the forecast duration period should have acted as a red herring to an experienced investor.
