good to see a reply, well done!!

the point that I was making is that the stock is approaching levels seen when the market was at its worst.
the market seems to be making some inroads into a recovery whereas this stock is still languishing at these lower levels.

perhaps someone may be able to make some technical/fundamental comment as to why
in addition with respect to the before mentioned some comment on why it may go up or down

all viewpoints appreciated
