be careful what you wish for........I would suggest if it trades as low as 15cps it will be because they have lost the court case and given they do not have much more than a safe running capital cash balance and $80m ish to raise to pay the court loss IMO bankruptcy is a real possibility.
They do have some good assets which may be sold in a fire sale..........no doubt Talley's will be a big beneficiary.
Really SHers should be somewhat annoyed at BRL management as it would have been prudent to stash cash with the court loss hanging over the company.........instead they splashed out on a new cash depleting JV, a share buy back and brought a fleet of machinery from the contractor that was doing work for them.
I believe it's poor decision making from management that has put the company in a win in court or die situation
