We are on the PEN forum not VMY,.. It will be totally uneconomical for PEN to start production without Oxidant and that needs to be approved still maybe by the end of this year, and even then chemistry will need to be proven or PEN will need go into production to fulfill its contracts uneconomical.. get that through your head jaat308.. This is why PEN has been unattractive.
One more thing the smart money is on developers for the best SP returns.
