However drilling exploration oil wells is a bit different.
Each exploration well produces information that can upgrade or downgrade the gcos of other undrilled prospects .
So if KJ for example was a discovery it might increase the gcos of other similar nearby structures .
Sometimes a trend of discoveries can occur in a series of structures of similar geology.

When they discovered Ungani there was great optimism that they had found the first of what was expected to be a series of discoveries in the dolomite structures. So far that optimism has not borne further proof .
Hopefully it will this year.
