That report is available on the cynata website, it has a link which take you to the pittstreet website where the resort resides, unless they have taken it down.
But agree CYP is abnormally cheap given all their prospects, my personal opinion is it's being manipulated for some corporate M&A activity. This is my opinion only though and not investment advice.
