Wow, are they still talking about Penrose ? Come to think of it I did see it in the last Quarterly.
I think I read or heard some time ago that the land they are seeking will never be permitted... so they should update the market if this is the case.
At the very least they should stop going on about Penrose unless they start mining and monetising it
