VRX has had signed MOU's for a couple of years already.
It's nice to have but means nothing, signed off-take agreements are what we need.
I am over this price manipulation to get the best mates rates for this "Fund"., they've already had the inside nod during their "due diligence".
Stop capping and pay a fair rate,you have had plenty of time and opportunity buy up.
