Miso – did a little digging. Dr.Fox made the purchase one week after the announcement that Daiichi Sankyo would exercise LANI rights in Japan. So he gets the benefit of the doubt for mine.
However, there is obviously some funny business going on
16/3/09 Volume of 1 million shares on NO news (two weeks prior to the Daiicho Sankyo announcement – so who was behind this?)
17/4/09 BTA closed at 65c. 21/4/09 BTA opens at 70.5c & closes at 78.5c 23/4/09 GSK Q3 results –open at 95c So clearly some people had known something prior to the release of the results.
And the funny business continues as everyone can see with the Buy & sell numbers.
