Perhaps this is part of the refinance? If they didn't pay anything on market for them it must be recorded somewhere. You just cannot acquire 40m shares ($3.6m in todays money) for free in a listed company. Theres always a quid pro quo. A bit sloppy looking, but nothing new for ASX.
