Have to wonder what the discussions are behind closed doors, just hope NST don't go making any buyouts or mergers without really good DD being put in.
I would suspect we will see something very soon around this just based on the amount of capital NST have.
Todays little deal is a good step forward to spur some movement on that JV, let it play out from there and wait until TAM are needing to raise capital which would appear likely at some point IMO.
