I think you may be right Aca, re the cap raise, but probably sooner than you think.
Whilst its a fair call to relate this recent rise to IO, i think today may be the start of a broker supported rising of the share price to enable not one, but two cap raises this year. Clearly, in order to get a cap raise away you would expect a bump in the share price......
Check out the Bell Potter analysis on the BCI website and it actually predicts a $100mil 'Near Term' cap raise, before a larger one down the track.
Just sayin'.........
