HEG are on record that they can fund their existing operations and corporate costs from cashflow from current activities.
So almost certainly trying to bring forward development. BNH has been the project they have been 'banging the drum' for, in as some have remarked in such a way not to draw too much attention too ;-)
I hope some (all) of Opaline's menu of announcements is on its way, as suggested I think they'll have to have some 'good news' to accompany the fund raising initiatives.
