If I had a $1 for every time someone told me that an imminent crash was coming I wouldn't need to invest.

The pandemic has forced governments around the world to introduce stimulus to restart the economy. This stimulus has caused inflation which is now making rate increases a real factor heading into 2022. The inflation that we're seeing isn't demand pull inflation, meaning they are directly related to the influx of stimulus. Eventually this will translate to to demand pull inflation and interest rates will need to be increased to keep the economy from overheating.

Interest rates are at historic lows so increases from these levels still sees investment in equities as the best place for a return. The only thing that's changing in equities is that this stimulus induced inflation is causing investors to take profits from growth stocks that have really stormed higher off the back of e-commerce. Value investments are having their day in the sun at the moment. This is any of those companies that got really beaten up at the start of the pandemic.

Growth companies in Asia are highly regarded as the next big area of investment and we're really seeing this play out now with billions of dollars of investment hitting this region. IOU is well placed to capitalize on this boom. The price edging lower at the moment is not a concern imo. How often do you see the price squeezed lower and lower before a breakout. The investment thesis for IOU is very strong particularly given the cash balance.
