Agree @fcmaster26, "the market wants insanely good"
But the market also wants a professional CFO who doesn't make simple mistakes again and again and again.
We need a CFO who stops saying "sorry, typo" and "sorry, correction" and "errrr, sorry.... again" after every announcement. How bad must the detail of their contracts be? They must be a schmozzle.
Get it right.
