It's not hard to watch court lists, and OBL has telegraphed when they mediation would be commence, so the big institutions would have known the likely timing of announcements and outcomes. It's a reasonably lightly traded stock, so they would have been playing both sides of the market to drive the price down (coiled like a spring), and ready to reverse as soon as the (likely) positive mediation result come through. That why they call it smart money. ;-)
