some will be locking is losses who have held from much higher,
If it was me, and i was that long though, be finding another vehicle to re-enter with in
Tax man doesnt like a "tax wash" sale and buy, but a seperate vehicle, wife , brother, company, trust, etc, fine as far as i know.
