Probably the broker who is loading up the sell side doesn't have a compliance and integrity team.
Or they don't worry about compliance and integrity, so why have a team to uphold it?
I'm curious if the ASX hands out a ticket for this behaviour.
However, don't think so, all they have to say is 'It is our intention to sell at that value, so?'
