Seven Group Holdings Ltd (ASX:SVW) yesterday announced an off-market takeover offer for the construction materials company Boral Limited.SVW have therefore extended their SPP close date until 17 May 2021, with the results announced 20 May 2021.This will not alter the SPP Applications we have already made on your behalf, however any new shares issued to you will now be automatically sold by SPP Harvester at the end of May, instead of mid-May as originally advised.
