I am always amused by the share market. US Tech stocks which are at what many commentators believe to be overvalued levels respond normally to the fear of inflation as this is what over valued shares do during inflationary times for a whole set of reasons.

Whereas shares which are considered under valued by commentators are considered value shares that perform well when inflation runs up.

As I pointed out this morning on any current view Brainchip is undervalued and even just know Morningstar has its fair value at 89 Cents.

Total shares traded today in Brainchip less than 5.5 million a few minutes ago which is about one third of one percent of shares on issue.

The way in which Aussie investors value and hold tight to their Brainchip shares is truly unbelievable and so as you say Yak when some of Alex the rocket scientists 60,000 plus over 40years wealthy US investors start to take an interest their really will not be many shares at this level for them to acquire. I suspect that if any hands are going to become weak it will be above 90 cents through worry about the previous high of 97 cents approx. This fear point however may not even exist if we get the right news over the next several weeks.

Anyway it will be interesting to watch particularly if Brainchip takes the next step once officially on the OTCQX to make trading cheaper and easier.
