    Looks like CER is being put in the same basket as some other REITS who did not announce a dividend.

    Even though the 0.3755c divy is 2/5ths of 3Q's of you know what, its still a dividend and with things stabilizing, it may even be the tip of the eventual iceberg; so surely CER should not be put on the same list as "those" other stocks?
