Hi MABROOK, had a good flick through the ASX listing rules and ASIC i found this on ASIC, interesting read on preferential treatment. Page 11

Nothing has been infringed by our Directors but i would concur it just doesnt feel right, why not issue new shares at 30c (i agree that it would water down our holdings) but it just would be more transparent. Just my opinion, i have for the most part been very imperessed by our Management and the Directors who are on Multiple boards and certainly know there stuff.
