The indirect holdings they tried very hard to make clear that he has no control over? that they mentioned 5.5m shares that he didn't control associated to SCM, but didn't mention the other 277m shares that he has indirect control over.
what I find interesting is the dilution issue without shareholder approval, and that it's fully underwritten already, so they have a guaranteed 15m straight up. (minus fees)
Oh and the comment about having only $100k in the australian bank accounts.... oops.
