Management woeful , the investment would be well aware of that but ,39 there's got to be something more . We paid $11 Mill and 86 M shares to Mithra after approval , who really knows if this will pay off or not nothing is for certain except death and taxes . If this was seen to be an exorbitant cost for the rights to sell Mithra owned product in the US for 20 years surely it would have invited plenty of criticism didn't see much .
