You have been very enthusiastic in promoting the potential of PRR and their management. You have certainly brought the company to my attention and I hope some of that potential is realised. But I think you would have to agree that some form of announcement should be forthcoming THIS WEEK!

Prima has now commenced its Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the CVac™ ovarian cancer treatment. . . . It is proposed that under the SPP, eligible shareholders will be able to subscribe for up to $5,000 in new ordinary shares in Prima without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs, AND THE MONIES RAISED WILL BE USED TO HELP PRIMA FUND ITS UPCOMING US FDA Pivotal Trial.

Prima BioMed (Prima) (ASX: PRR) is pleased to announce that it will commence discussions with potential major North American institutional investment funds later this month for the development of its core product, the CVac™ ovarian cancer therapy vaccine. . . . Mr Martin Rogers, will begin discussions in North America with a number of hedge funds and other biotechfocused investment funds on new investment and partnering opportunities for the comercialisation of CVac™.

We’ve all been very patient but it’s time to for PRR management to fill shareholders in on any developments, particularly in view of the SPP. And it needs to be before the EGM on Friday.
