You paint it as an innocent and rosy scenario. Is it really only like that? Points 1 and 3 include pump, dump , manipulate, canive, churn ..... most of which are illegal.

So yes, the scum broker is just as culpable as the scum client. That's why the client uses the broker.


2. There is X% commision in it for you when job is finished.

And probably no loss of sleep for the shafting imparted on genuinelly good people.
