Unlikely to be any downside to a director buying on market at $4.75. Whilst $30k is not a fortune, nonetheless he must see future upside or he would keep his wallet in his pocket....hope his is right!
now for a bit of a hypothetical. If you were a director of a small listed company and had some funds to invest in similar risk/reward opportunities what sort of total return would you be satisfied with say over a 3 year time horizon.....15%..nope.......30%...marginal.......50%...satisfactory.......north of 50%....tick.
no-one can predict the future, but I consider those that sit around the boardroom table and have more insight in to operations and strategy have a better crystal ball than the average punter.
