Totally agree Joel01, good things take time.
I don't work in the medical industry but I do work in tech, and we often have to sign NDAs during the initial stages of a PoC/trial/contract negotiation. Most of the time the NDA is in place to protect the client and their customer data. I can only assume that this same kind of thing would apply here.
So yeah, sometimes no news is good news.
