The bandaid has now been ripped off so its at the bottom.
As for a takeover, they will use a 3month VWAP plus 55% plus special divi out of the 880mill in cash.
We just have to pray there are other suitors who will buy it higher same as Crown's story.
We should end up somewhere between $12 to $15 IMHO.
