If i was BHP WSA IGO, I would bid 9.9c then increase to 12c
that should mop up most of the ST traders & CR 6c 5c yankees and get to 40%
then negotiate with BMM to give them LJ for $300M and give them 14c
this will infuriate BMM who would then launch a counter bid at 16c
then AF AF may launch a counterbid at 23c
stalemate with bidder & AFAF holding 80% and SP goes to 50c-100c

t/o bid scenario number 4
BMM bids at 9.9c, gets to 51%
then negotiates with AF AF increases to 12.5c
AF AF counterbids at 15c
BMM counterbids at 18c
stalemate arises and stock relists at 25c with BMM AF AF holding 80% combined

t/o bid scanrio 3
SP rockets to 23c on restart and drilling success
POS calls CR at 20c,
IGO bids at 22c then 25c but doesnt win as refuses to give BMM LJ for anything as it wants LJ for itself
stalemate, AF AF bids at 33c, as SP goes to 50c- 100c

t/o bid scenario 2
BMM bids at 8.8c, gets 20% = its own 21% = 42%
no interest so increases to 9.9c gets to 48%
AF AF flips to them for 12.5c and BMM take control of 67%

Otherwise, hope POS SP rockets and avoids all of the above with us getting divys and buybacks in 2023 at $2, fingers crossed
