Email sent to LCT today. I'll advise if I get a response.

"We have not received a Living Insights since July 2020 and yet shareholders have many questions.

• Has a new CEO been appointed? If so may we see their CV and any ideas they have to progress LCT?
• Regarding NTCELL: we have been hearing about partnership talks/out licensing since July 2020 – with a hope to sign something “soon”. Has this fallen through/progressed? If it has progressed, are we able to get more definitive timeframes/partnership outcomes?
• Diabecell and the FDA: I understand that this is a private company, however are you able to advise what the outcome of the talks were?
• Now that the Migraine and Obesity trials have ceased and cash reserves are limited, how does the business intend to raise capital?

I’m aware these questions are price sensitive, so I don’t expect a personal response and I am aware that arrangements with third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements. However, funds are diminishing. I’d like to understand how the business plans to keep LCT trading as a going concern.
