This company seems to behave more like a smaller family owned private company. Which can be ok as long as you like Lev's decisions over time - at his mercy for all decisions and all governance... Have seen the company loans for employee shares before though more typically with USA domiciled companies. Maybe his nasdaq advisors came up with the idea...
