mergers, take overs not a good idea imho. You have to pay a premium to do that.
id rather they get their hands on more prospective ground like the JV with SCN.
speaking if that, they could buy the other 30% for cash. SCN desperately needs cash and FEX has plenty. Probably wait to see if drills are a hit. Cost a bit more, but still better buying than a company.
we’d all like to see them buying ground closer to ports. That will come at a higher cost, but worthwhile longer term.
