If your getting a good return on your investment as well as having the potential for capital growth then you have the ability to make more than 4% return per annum.
Don't be gready and take a profit when there is a good return to be had.
Use tight stops and you will end up only holding good quality stocks, as all the ones that are trending negative get sold out automatically, due to you tight stop losses.
