Well well well. Apparently now we've got to stop calling it methane, because smart marketing people are calling it RNG (for renewable gas).
In Oregon USA, Pacific Northwest Gas Co. has decided to rebrand methane as RNG, to try and mislead the punters into thinkin that they're reducing emissions. Still, most of the methane they're looking at selling comes from waste treatment and landfill sites and eventually (agw) they'll wake up and realise the Hazer process is the way to go.
