from 2016 STO reduced its debt levels, purchased other businesses without CR.
it has fought through low prices and is coming out of the covid crisis on the right side of the ledger.
with lower cost base STO is actually healthier now with these prices than a couple of years ago
if only I got assemble a swarm of investors who could buy into this company to take on the shorters, then you would see even higher prices
